Finland is one of the most advanced countries in the world in education. In fact the Pisa report,  Programme for International Student Assessment, has placed Finland at number one several years running. With a strong tradition in specialized education, Finland holds a policy of a collective education with its numerous educational institutions, trying to educate all its citizens according to special abilities and skills of each person.
